Abstract Submission
We are pleased to invite abstracts for virtual poster presentations at OGCON -2026. This is an opportunity to share your clinical experience, research findings, surgical innovation and work in reproductive health with colleagues and peers.

• Submission Deadline: 31-Oct 2026 till 11:59 PM·
• Acceptance Notification: 07-Nov 2026·
• Poster submission last date: 25-Nov 2026·
• Online presentation: 27-30 Nov 2026
Submission Guidelines·
• Eligibility: Open to all registered delegates, including postgraduate students, researchers, and professionals.
• Portal: Submit all abstracts electronically via the online submission portal - click here to submit.
• Email submissions will not be accepted.·
• Limit: Authors may submit maximum of 2 abstracts as the presenting author.
Topic Divisions
Please select one primary topic area when submitting your abstract. This will help us assign your submission to the most appropriate reviewers.
A. Obstetrics·
• Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM): High-risk pregnancy, obstetric complications, perinatal diagnosis, and fetal therapy.·
• Medical disorder of pregnancy·
• Intrapartum and Labor management·
• Imaging in obstetrics
B. Gynaecology·
• General Gynaecology: Benign gynaecologic conditions, pelvic pain, menstrual disorders, and minimally invasive gynaecologic surgery (MIGS).·
• Gynaecologic Oncology: Malignancies of the female reproductive system, screening, prevention, and targeted therapies.·
• Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI): Hormonal disorders, menopause, and fertility preservation.·
Formatting Requirements:
Abstracts that do not comply with these rules will be returned without review.·
• Word Count: Maximum of 250 words (excluding title, authors, and institutional affiliations).·
• Language: Must be written in clear, concise English.·
• Font & Spacing: Use 11pt Times New Roman, single-spaced. Accepted abstracts must be uploaded as a PDF file (.pdf). Word documents (.docx) will not be accepted.·
• Do not include tables, figures, charts, or references in the abstract text
Required Structure:
Your abstract must be organized using the following standard subheadings:·
• Title: Short, specific, and written in Title Case. Do not use all caps.·
• Authors & Affiliations: List the presenting author first. Use superscript numbers to connect authors to their institutions (e.g., Jane Doe¹).·
• Introduction / Background: State the purpose, hypothesis, or core objective of the study.·
• Methods: Briefly describe the research design, participants, materials, and data collection procedures.·
• Results: Summarise the key findings with supporting quantitative or qualitative data.·
• Conclusion: State the main takeaway and the broader implications or significance of your work.

Poster Presentation Logistics •
If your abstract is accepted, you will be expected to present during the designated poster sessions on line.•
Poster Dimensions (Digital): Final posters must be designed as a single-page document using a 16:9 widescreen orientation (standard PowerPoint slide layout) to ensure optimal viewing on computer monitors.•
Resolution: All images, graphs, or ultrasound scans embedded within the final digital poster must have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI to avoid pixelation on high-definition•
